No account

You never sign up. There's no login, no password and no profile, and we don't ask for your email address to use the generator.

What you type stays in your browser

What you type into the generator (your name, job title, phone number and so on) is saved in your own browser's local storage, so it's still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us.

Want it gone? Clear the site data for regardly.app in your browser and it's deleted.

Images you upload

If you upload a photo or logo, it has to live online: email clients load signature images from a web address. So we store the image on our image host, under a long, random link that can't be guessed. Your browser may resize the image before uploading it.

Important: anyone who has that link can see the image. That's how it shows up for the people you email. The link isn't listed or searchable anywhere, but don't upload images you wouldn't want anyone to see.

Cookies

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. That's why you don't see a cookie banner here.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count things like how often a page is viewed. They don't build a profile of you and don't follow you across other websites.

Hosting

The site and uploaded images are hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
